Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging where applicable.

The following cannot be returned: items marked Final Sale; items damaged through normal wear, misuse or improper care; and items returned without prior authorization.

How to start a return

1. Email us at eoeh1318@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
2. We reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the correct return address.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service and send us the tracking number.

Please do not send items back before receiving return authorization. Our items ship from an overseas fulfilment partner, and the correct return address depends on the item. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.

Return shipping costs

• If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it can take one further billing cycle to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want. This is the fastest way to get the right item.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if your request reaches us before the order is handed to the carrier, which is usually within 24 hours of purchase. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.

Refused or unclaimed parcels

Parcels refused at delivery, or unclaimed and returned to sender, are refunded minus the outbound shipping cost actually incurred and any customs charges already paid.
