When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually handed to the carrier the next business day (up to 3 business days at busy times). Most orders arrive within 8–16 business days of being placed, with a tracking link emailed at dispatch.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout. Where your country charges them, the carrier or customs bills the recipient. In the US the old duty-free allowance for small parcels no longer applies, so duty may be charged on any order. We always declare the true value.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us your order number and photos; we reply within 2 business days with a return authorization. Items must be unworn with tags. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we cover return shipping; for change of mind, return shipping is paid by you. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How do I choose my size?
Check the Size & Fit section in the description: where the maker provides garment measurements we list them in cm and inches. Lay a similar piece you own flat, measure it and compare. Still unsure? Email us before ordering and we will help.
How can I pay? Is checkout secure?
Pay by credit or debit card, or with PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, for a full refund, as long as your request reaches us before the order is handed to the carrier (usually within 24 hours). After dispatch, the normal return process applies.

A floor-skimming knit dress with a deep V-neckline, a single-breasted button placket running the length of the front, and a quiet fishtail flare at the hem. It is cut close without being restrictive — the knit has genuine stretch, so it follows the body rather than holding a shape against it.

The knit is high-stretch and designed to conform to the body, which is why the supplier grades it as one size.
