Orders are usually handed to the carrier the next business day (up to 3 business days at busy times). Most orders arrive within 8–16 business days of being placed, with a tracking link emailed at dispatch.

Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout. Where your country charges them, the carrier or customs bills the recipient. In the US the old duty-free allowance for small parcels no longer applies, so duty may be charged on any order. We always declare the true value.

You have 30 days from delivery. Email us your order number and photos; we reply within 2 business days with a return authorization. Items must be unworn with tags. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we cover return shipping; for change of mind, return shipping is paid by you. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Yes, for a full refund, as long as your request reaches us before the order is handed to the carrier (usually within 24 hours). After dispatch, the normal return process applies.
